Foreclosure Analysis Reports are crucial to a lender preparing to foreclose on a property or for investors interested in a foreclosure property.  Foreclosure Analysis Reports are a modified and expanded Property Condition Report, completed to a scope of work similar to the ASTM E2018-08 Property Condition Report standard.  During the completion of a Foreclosure Analysis Report, CODA will conduct a site survey, interview parties with authority over the property, and review available municipal and management documents regarding maintenance, recent repairs, material code violations, or capital improvements.
